Let's do what we always do every Sunday and at this time on Wednesdays, discuss all matters blerdy, nerdy and in between! Welcome to Afronerd Radio's Mid Week in Review airing tonight at 8 p.m. eastern on the mighty BTalk 100 internet broadcasting platform. Join your favorite AFROnerdist hosts, as they analyze the following (mid) weekly topics: more thoughts (including spoilers) concerning Wakanda Forever in the wake of it's 355M worldwide box office during it's first week of release; Dburt just realized that Amazon still had the 70s Nazi hunting Tarantino-esque series, Hunters (starring the legendary Al Pacino) still at play although it appears that its second season will be its last;
And yet, there are still murder, death, kill stories....regrettably, we will address then....the Universities of Virginia and Idaho multiple killings cases; does a missile blast in Poland near the Ukrainian border bring us closer to a third international conflict? (let's pray that doesn't happen); former president, Donald Trump just announced his candidacy for a 2024 presidential run;
a forthcoming DC comic puts Flash's infamous Rogues Gallery in the spotlight as anti-heroes; Warrior Nun returns to Netflix for S2; and while Dburt was visiting the Netflix platform he came across a fascinating and informative documentary entitled, Is That Black Enough for You? detailing the history of African-American cinema and lastly, the popular and somewhat comedic MCU character, Darcy Lewis (as portrayed by actress, Kal Dennings) will be making her Marvel Comics debut in 2023's Scarlet Witch premiere issue.
One thing that Dburt is doing (finally) is investing in cryptocurrency, courtesy of Roundlyx. We would implore our followers to investigate, discern and then explore by using our referral code: afro-87A4BF
